Health and Safety

At Big Fun World the importance of safety within our operations is paramount. As with any machinery, training and safe practices are vital components to a successful operation, and none more so than with machinery used on a daily basis by the general public.

All equipment that Big Fun World owns or sub-contracts for any projects are fully compliant with all necessary health and safety regulation, and are supplied with:

  • Annual Inspection Certification. (ADIPS or TUV).
  • Risk Assessment Statements.
  • Method Statements.

Our safety standards are regulated by the Amusement Device Inspection Procedure Scheme (ADIPS) of the United Kingdom. ADIPS conduct annual inspections on all of our equipment, which is the equivalent of the TUV testing standard that is conducted on mainland Europe. The ADIPS tests adhere to some of the most stringent testing standards seen anywhere in the world, and with this in mind Big Fun World is proud to mention, that it has never undergone any major difficulties or repercussions during annual inspections and renewal of certificates.

All equipment operated by Big Fun World, is operated by highly trained personnel, whom are fully aware of all safety aspects and features pertaining to the equipment they operate. All of our equipment is subjected to daily, weekly and monthly testing schedules by our operators, which ensures all working parts function correctly.

In addition to all of the safety systems which Big Fun World employes, all of our customers are protected by a public liability insurance policy in the highly unlikely event an accident or incident should occur.
